rehairA French Polish for a bow is like putting a coat of wax on your favorite car. It protects your investment from the rosin, dirt, sweat and oil your bow comes in contact with. It is recommended that a french polish be done every time the bow is rehaired.

What to Expect:

Your bow will be cleaned and the old polish removed, along with any dirt, grime and rosin collected over time. Then a fresh coat of "french polish" will be applied and allowed to dry. This will result in a shiny gloss look - giving it a "new bow" look. If this look is not desired, but a french polish is still needed, we can "antique" the bow after the french polish in order to give it that "old" look again. Please contact us directly if you would like this done to your bow.
