1. I just placed an order, where do I ship my bow?
Please see our SHIPPING page for information on what to do next.
Our Shipping Address is as Follows:
RehairOnline
c/o Ron Forrester
30 River Drive
Titusville, New Jersey 08560
2. Who will be doing the work on my bow?
Your Bow will only be worked on by Master Bowmaker Ron Forrester, and no one else. For this reason, please be understanding when requesting extensive work as it may take some extra time to finish.
3. If Ron is the only one doing the work, why is the site brought to us by Ron and "son?" What's his role?
Ron's son is Joshua R. Forrester, and he is the designer of this website. A web developer by trade, he is responsible for all of our advertising, web design, and order processing. Basically Ron is the Master Artist, and Josh is the web guru. Most of the time, e-mail correspondence about the status of your orders will be through Joshua. If you are interested in talking to Josh about his web development and internet marketing services, you can email him directly at Josh@JoshuaForrester.com
4. What is the Turn-Around time for my bow work?
For Standard shipping and orders for only 1 or 2 items (eg. rehair and grip), expect a turn around time of about 1-2 weeks from the time you ship the bow to the time it gets back to your door (if you live on the east coast, total turn-around will be closer to 1 week than 2). Overnight shipping means the bow will ship overnight from the time the work is finished on the bow. For emergency express work, we can have a turn around of 3 days from the time you ship to when it comes back. Please contact us for a price quote regarding emergency express work as this varies depending on your location and work requested. For more shipping information, please visit our Shipping Page.
5. I'm confused, please explain the shipping costs and times exactly?
Shipping is done using USPS Priority. Regardless of the number of services you order, shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 to anywhere in the continental U.S. What this covers is the cost for us to ship up to (2) bows back to you via USPS Priority, after we have done the repairs. This does NOT cover your cost to ship us the bow initially. If you are a new customer, and are receiving one of our FREE shipping tubes, we will be shipping it to you free of charge via USPS Priority. If you choose overnight shipping during checkout, again this only covers the cost for us to ship the bow back to you after we have done the repairs. The free shipping tube will still be coming Priority, and you are still responsible for the shipping charges to send us the bow(s). If you have more than (2) bows, you will need more than one shipping tube from us. Please be aware that additional shipping charges will occur. For example, if you send us (4) bows, that will requre two shipping tubes. Your shipping fees for USPS Priority would be $39.90. Any more questions please be sure to visit our Shipping Page. If you are still confused, please Contact Us.
6. Is my bow insured during shipping?
While your bow will be FULLY INSURED under our policy while it is IN OUR POSESSION, it will not be covered by us during shipping. It is STRONGLY recommended you have your own insurance for your bow prior to shipping. Please see our Shipping Page for more information.
7. Is the work being done on my bow guaranteed?
Yes! We want to make sure you are completely happy with our work, so tell us if something is wrong and we'll make sure to fix it!
8. Do you work on any Professional Player's bows?

During his seven-year tenure at Yung's shop, he had the great fortune to work with some of the world's top string players. In 2001, he opened his own shop in Ringoes, New Jersey.
